Hollywood actress Jessica Alba undergoes LED skin therapy

September 9, 2015: Renowned Hollywood actress and entrepreneur Jessica Alba is undergoing a LED skin therapy She is using the anti-aging LED facial mask called Desse Opera Mask.
Jessica Alba is undergoing the light therapy with an Opera LED Galvanic Regeneration Mask. This LED treatment has detoxifying benefits due to the galvanic currents, and the LED lights inside the mask kill bacteria and prevent acne without chemicals.

The LED facial has been made by GTG Korea. The mask comes with three modes red, blue and white light for skin treatments. The mask?s red light has a wavelength of 630 nanometers (nm), which is effective for skin rejuvenation, postcare after laser or Microneedle Treatment System (MTS).

Skin breakouts and zits can be treated by using the blue light mode (415 nm), which is effective for acne and antimicrobial effects. For wound healing, skin rejuvenation and blood circulation of the skin, the white mode (830 nm) is effective.

According to a study published in 2006, blue and red LED light therapy may have the ability to treat both mild and severe acne with participants seeing results in just four weeks.
Even though LED facial treatments are gaining popularity, they are still quite costly. The mask costs about US $3,000.
