Su-Kam launches LED inverter bulb

By BizLED Bureau

Jan 16, 2017: Power backup solutions provider in India, Su-Kam Power Systems, launched an LED inverter bulb, which is an advanced emergency bulb.
The LED inverter bulb is powered by an embedded lithium ion battery, and is cooler than the conventional lights, thus reducing the risk of combustion.

The LED inverter bulb glows even when the main grid electric supply fails. When the LED is connected to electric supply, it lights up and the battery gets charged through the supply. The fully-charged battery has a backup of up to four hours.

According to Sanjeev Saini, Su-Kam Director (Technical), “Su-Kam has been instrumental in strengthening and upgrading the inverter and UPS industry in India. We are constantly evaluating our range of solar as well as inverter products for diverse requirements of customers. The LED inverter bulb is an ideal solution designed to meet the lighting requirements of a household.”
